So Todays TOpic Copywrited things is brought to atention by a recent illegal ( ya ILLEGAL). It all started when the Pen did an awful thing!
If You Go to GBM you might know of a literary Magizine published By GBM's Writers Workshop called "The 'Zine " . You also know the School paper of GBM's Journalism classes "The Dolphin Pen" . Let Me give you some Back ground information.
Writers Workshop is in no way Journalism it is Creative Writing. When the 'Zine was first being published the Teacher said she [u]DID NOT[/u] want to be in any way related to the Pen. On the Back of the 'Zine it says Everything in the 'Zine is sole property of the writers and artists. All rights Reserved.
Recently, the Pen published an edition and on a page of it were some writings, and you'll never guess where those writings were from, yah. they were from the [b][u]copy righted 'Zine :!: [/u][/b]
One of those writings were one of myown, But what really gets me mad is they did not even ask if they could put it in there and I only found out when my friend who had bought an edition of the Pen told me my peice was in there! and you know that makes me [b][u]MAD[/u][/b] :evil:
SO I went to the teacher of the journalism classes and asked her why something I had written in the 'Zine was in the Pen without any one asking me. She said they thought it was okay since it was published in the 'Zine . Well, maybe she diddn't relize that we can SUE her for doing that! I'm really P.O.'d about it.

Fun Day !!!!!!
1- Paige wasn't there, poo! But Celia, Arden, Tiff and Me hung out on the black top and talked about how Metro'z are Awesome and Pretty, and Celia and me talked about Guys.
2nd- Mr. Ruth was our Sub! My Power Pint diddn't work! I took Dustin's Watch!
3rd- Finished Watching to kill a mockingbird then checked papers
4th- Small Class cause all the 8thz were gone. Smithey gave us this whole speech on how we should do Band next year. Gave Dustin back his watch
5th- Lunch and Walkers Homebase
6th- Test on yesterday's Video cause someone fell asleep and got caught then Video on Bolivia! Got my test back I made an 88 gause 5 points off for not finishing the worksheet!
7th- VERY FUN!!! Well it was Pie day soo I made the bracelet and i have this thing about pies so i asked if I could go to Walkers for the rest of the period and she said ya so I did that and then with like 2 minutes left I left for the band room to get my trombone and saw sterling in the hall and he had argued with Considine cause he was right and she was wrong hehe and then I went to the band room with amberly(8th) an when I went into the band room and got hugs from Derek and Sam and got my Trombone and went outside and hugged by Zack for longer than normal and he kinda rubbed my back I think (maybe not it was cool tho cause I love hugs)and then I got a hug from Andrew(8th) and then I hugged Dustin and Andrew and told them have a great spring break then I talked to you and left with my mom and sister!
Hope the rest of the day is this good!!!!!! :D !!!!!!!!!!

I hate Computers At Times, It has to do with the whole Parker Project and Power Points and Floppy Disks! :evil: So Now I'm Doing something that Is Kinda like # 4 on the sheet. So anyway I'm Under Tons of Educational and informable materials on Water Birds! Fun!
I diddn't Finish Considine's Homework Last night because of the Whole Parker Thing, So I'm getting Points taking off my Test!

Today was Awesome!
My tummy hurt earlier but I'm good now!
1st- Took FCAT in the Library, sat with Arden Celia and Paige. Also known as the *Easily Amused Giggle Gals*
5th- Lunch with Celia Arden and Paige-a-lina!
6th- Jr. Scholastic, Mrs Considine actually turned on the air conditioner!!!!!!
2nd- Talked about Gentetics and the production of SEX cells, went outsife, played hopscotch, Celia wore "the shades"
Home- Read Mom story i wrote so far, went on Computer
What's in store next- Going to Navarre to drop off Dinner for people My Dad works wit who just had a miscarrige :cry: then Cancuns at 6 For Basketball Party!
